We guarantee all workmanship and materials of Brickwork and Retaining Walls for 5 years. This does not include “Acts of God” of extreme weather, rain, tornadoes, etc. Visit our Hardscape Installation Page to learn more about how we build hardscapes the right way. We will replace, once without charge, any tree, shrub, evergreen or woody vine that dies within 12 months of the date of delivery, provided you give the plants normal care and pay your invoice when due*. All claims for loss must be reported within the guarantee period. *We will not replace plants killed by deer, rodents, insects, mechanical damage, herbicide damage, neglect or natural disaster. We cannot guarantee plants in pots or planter boxes. Flowers, seeds, bulbs and roses are not guaranteed. Plants identified as semi-hardy or non-hardy carry no over-winter warranty.
